The Company

Age Connects Wales is a social enterprise made up of six local, independent Age Connects organisations with over 40 years’ experience supporting older people and their carers in Wales. Their member organisations support around 45,000 clients within 11 of the 22 local authority areas in Wales.

The Brief

Website Sorted were tasked with designing and building two website's for Age Connects. One for their Neath and Port Talbot office and other for Age Connects Wales which is a hub that links to the six independent Age Connects organisations across Wales.


The Age Connects Wales website has a background video on the homepage, map and links to each local organisation. The site includes an integrated blog section to announce organisation news and detailed stories from some of the people they have helped.
