HOST Co-founders Kevin McCarthy and Duncan MacArthur met early in their careers at ITT Sheraton. Independently, the two went on to develop their careers with domestic and international brands and owners; re-developing and enhancing hotels and resorts from the Middle-East to the Caribbean.

Reconnecting in 2013, they realised a mutual desire to innovate the industry - creating a new kind of hospitality management company; one with people at the core.

Having forged similar paths, Duncan and Kevin recognised the benefits of diversifying and enlisted Co-founders Robbie Orr and Mark Bass. Robbie and Mark ensured HOST wouldn’t be just another group of hoteliers, but a mature assembly of diverse, market-ready specialists.

Accompanying our founding members is a world-class management team - united by a singular goal to reinvigorate and reawaken the industry.

Our mission today is to be recognised as the hospitality management company of choice, servicing diverse projects. We’ll achieve this by creating a positive impact and sustainable legacy in the communities in which we work, with one team and one goal: yours.

The Brief

HOST RHM are the parent company for HOST Somerset who are currently managing the hospitalty and accommodation for the new Hinkley Point power station build. HOST RHM approached Website Sorted to modernise their brand designing a new logo and website.

The logo and website designs must appeal to large construction companies, needed to be fresh, modern and visually stimulating.

Key requirements included the ability to easily update the website content themselves, a website that is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the website must be hosted on an SSL secure platform and be fully device responsive.

The project was completed on time, we have one very happy client and Website Sorted have also been commissioned to replace the
HOST Somerset website.

What they said...

"It has been a pleasure working with Website Sorted and we are very pleased with the results"

Duncan MacArthur, Co-founder & Director, HOST RHM Ltd

Jack and his two brothers-in-law are taking part in the 3 Peaks Challenge to raise funds for LATCH Children's Cancer Charity! ( www.latchwales.org ) The cause is incredibly close to his family's heart as his nephew, Joey, Romano’s little boy, was diagnosed with a rare form of lung cancer aged one years old, just as the COVID-19 pandemic began. It was a helpless time for Jack and his family, unable to offer any support in person whilst Joey was going through treatment, but charities like LATCH provided incredible support when nobody else could. Thankfully, Joey is in full recovery now, although he still undergoes many scans. Now they would love to give back and help ensure LATCH can continue to help other families in need so on 30th August they have decided to walk the three highest peaks in the UK to raise money for LATCH. They are funding the trip themselves so any donations you can make to Latch to help make a difference would be amazing! Just click the link below to donate.
